Battery Bracket
The lithium-ion battery holder bracket, or simply battery bracket, is used to provide structural support and systemized sizing for lithium-ion battery packs. Battery holders can be smaller and snapped together to make larger formats eg. 1S4P⇒4S4P. Or they may be printed as a single unit eg. 20S20P. These holders are exclusively for use with cylindrical lithium-ion cells, for example, to build an 18650 battery pack.
Many cell formats have a unique diameter, like 14mm, 18mm, or 21mm and holders must account for these size differences. While most cylindrical packs are built in a cubic format with holders, some are not. Some smaller packs may not require battery brackets.
