Thank you for visiting and shopping at Voltaplex Energy. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

USA Domestic Shipping Policy

This section applies solely to orders where products are stocked in our USA warehouse. All other products are shipped by International Air Freight from Asia.

Shipping from our USA warehouse is limited to the contiguous 48 states, and domestic shipments are all shipped exclusively by Ground Freight.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Voltaplex USA domestic shipping does not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, and overseas APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If you are located outside of the 48 contiguous states, we must ship by International Air Freight from our Asia warehouse(s).

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24-72 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Voltaplex is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Voltaplex is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Shipping internationally is achieved by air or sea freight, and in most cases (depending on payment terms), ground freight will deliver your goods from the port of entry to your door.

Currency

Shipping prices are typically shown in US dollars unless otherwise specified.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We can prepare all necessary documentation to assist customs clearance for most countries around the world for lithium-ion cells, battery packs, and related products.

Any import duties, taxes, tariffs, duty, VAT, handling fees, customs clearance charges or brokerage fees etc. at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer unless prior written agreement with Voltaplex was made.

We are not able to keep up-to-date information on all local laws required by your country for importing lithium-ion battery packs. In some special circumstances, we can not give you an estimate of the cost.

Please research local laws beforehand so that your package can be cleared through customs and you have a clear idea of the associated costs.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, and/or on your proforma invoice. Estimated delivery times below reflect average shipping times including customs clearance for past customers and may not accurately reflect your own shipping time.

Shipment processing time

International Orders may require 2–3 additional business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment to consolidate items to one location for shipment.

For example, a manufacturing lead production time may be issued by our factory, and a shipping time may be issued by a freight carrier. However, there may be additional time while the order is processed and sent from Shenzhen before exiting the Port of Hong Kong.

Lithium-ion shipping regulations frequently change and if there are sudden or unexpected changes this may cause additional processing time. We will inform you if there are any changes to your order status.

Restrictions

Lithium-ion batteries are considered a hazardous or dangerous good and cannot be shipped internationally under some circumstances. Some items may not be shipped to certain destinations due to trade embargos. If your item cannot be shipped internationally we will inform you by phone, email or live chat before reaching the checkout process.

For certain carriers and countries, tracking information may not be issued until it enters the destination port. In rare cases, tracking information will not be made available.

China Domestic Shipping Policy

We can ship any product domestically to your factory, fabricator, freight forwarder, or other address inside mainland China. If you are visiting mainland China we can ship any product or sample product to your hotel or local S.F. Express office.
